A free health check is available at Tesco pharmacy. It forms part of a partnership between Diabetes UK, the British Heart Foundation, and Tesco.
The check takes about 30 minutes and involves measuring weight and waist measurement, checking BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose levels.
The appointment can be booked at any Tesco pharmacy before March 9.
