There has been four arrests made after an incident on Somerton Road, in Immingham.
Police have said that "a number of people" were involved in a disagreement during which a 16-year-old boy sustained cuts and bruises; he was taken to Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital for treatment.
The disturbance took place yesterday evening shortly before 8pm.
Three boys aged 13, 15 and 16 and a 51-year-old man have since been arrested and are in police custody at this time.
