POLICE are appealing for help in identifying a man who is alleged to have inappropriately touched a woman on Albion Street in Grimsby.
Between 4pm and 4.45pm on Monday, November 18, a 24-year-old woman was leaving the flats on Albion Street when she was approached by an unknown man.
The man made an attempt to engage in conversation with the woman and she ignored him and continued to walk away.
The man then put his arm around the woman before he is alleged to have inappropriately touched her. He then ran away along Albion Street. The woman did not sustain any injuries in the incident.
The man is described as white, aged in his late 20s to early 30s and of a slim build. He was clean shaven with what appeared to be a birth mark on the right side of his face. He had short brown hair and was wearing a dark waist length jacket, dark bottoms and a scarf.
