Firefighters were called to tackle a HGV trailer in Barton Upon Humber late on Friday night.
The Humberside Fire and Rescue crew were scrambled to Waterside Road at 10.57pm to the fire involving a hydraulic pump on the trailer which had spread to the rear tyres on a tractor unit in a nearby commercial garage.
The crew used one main jet, one hose reel and a thermal image camera to put out the fire.
Hydraulic cutting gear was also used to force entry to the building and the incident was left with police.
