Have you been caught out with a parking ticket?
Reader Anne Arnold asks if others have experienced the same "uncaring" attitude that she received at BM Stores in Grimsby's Top Town.

I know I was not parked for longer than two hours because I timed myself so that I would not incur charges.
But apparently you are photographed entering and leaving the car park and if you are more than the allowed 120 minutes in the car park you are fined.
It was a busy day, and it took me a long time to find a space to park and also to leave the area because of the traffic congestion, as is usual at busy times, you have to wait for other vehicles to move in front of you.
I used my right to appeal and even sent photographs to prove how busy the car park is, and pointed out that it states on the notice board that you are allowed to park for 120 minutes – not that you are timed from entering and leaving the car park.
The parking authority would not accept my explanation for being in the car park just more than ten minutes …
