POLICE are guarding the scene of a crime on Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby.
Three months earlier they found a haul of around £400,000 worth of cannabis at the same place.
Some hoarding protecting the premises had been torn down.
Officers were on guard from around 7.30am today.
A nearby trader said: "We don't yet know what has gone off but they were hear early when we arrived.
"They got all that cannabis last time. It will be interesting to know what has happened this time. It might just be squatters.
"There is no end of trouble going on around here."
Four police vehicle were in attendance at the crime scene.
A Humberside Police spokesman said a member of the public reported a possible burglary at the former photo shop on Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby.
He said a 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary. He remains in police custody at this time.
