Former Viking FM Breakfast DJ Stephanie Hirst has unveiled her new look as a woman as her fans have launched a campaign for her to rejoin Capital FM.
Stephanie, formerly known as Simon, revealed at the weekend she is transgender and is currently undergoing treatment to become a woman.
Posting pictures of her new look on her Facebook page, Stephanie said she has been "overwhelmed" by the support she has received.
A campaign has now been launched by her fans to rejoin Capital FM, where she quit earlier this year from her breakfast show which was listened to by thousands across the region.
In a message on her page, she wrote: "Thank you everyone for all your support. I want to reply to EVERY message that comes in, but I haven't been able to find enough hours in the last few days to do so."
She later added: "I'm sat here reading every message of support. Please, if you feel like you desperately NEED to change something in your life, and you have a fear of doing so – do it! My transition has proved that anything is possible to us all."
Stephanie revealed her decision in an interview with BBC Radio 5 Live at the weekend, saying she "didn't want to hide anymore".
She changed her name from Simon Hirst to Stephanie Hirst last week.
