VOTE for Ella!
Today we send out a plea to all readers to make that one call that could keep the very, very talented Tetney teenager in the X Factor.
Ella, at just 16, is a great advert for the whole of northern Lincolnshire – particularly Grimsby, which has had its fair share of bad press in the past.
And unlike some who have gone on to better things, Ella does not speak badly of this area – in fact, she is proud of her roots and not afraid to tell people.
That is exactly what this area needs – a young star who will go out there and represent all that is good about our area.
The feel-good factor of having a local star and a local winner would also give us a real boost.
So come on, let's keep her in the X Factor spotlight.
