The following people have been sentenced at Grimsby Magistrates' Court:
Anna Love,34, of Gedney Close, Grimsby, admitted speeding, exceeding 30mph in Laceby Road on February 18, 2013. Her licence was endorsed with three penalty points, she was fined £100 and ordered to pay £40 costs and £20 victims' surcharge
David Oslear, 50, of Humberstone Road, Grimsby, admitted drink-driving in Fieldhouse Road, Humberston on August 28, 2013. A breath test revealed he had 71mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 20-months, fined £350 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £35 victims' surcharge.
Anthony Kelly, 52, of Garibaldi House, Grimsby, admitted stealing a Nintendo DS, valued at £190, belonging to Tesco, on December 14, 2012; also being in possession of bolt croppers, screwdrivers, spanners and torches in a public place on August 28, 2013. He was given a 12-month community order to have treatment for drug dependency at Addaction, Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby. The bolt croppers, screwdrivers, spanners and torches were forfeited and destroyed and he was ordered to pay a £60 victims' surcharge.
Stacey Clark, 19, of Elsenham Road, Grimsby, admitted using threatening behaviour on August 26, 2013, while subject to a six-month conditional discharge for assault by beating imposed by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates Court on May 9, 2013. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victims' surcharge.
Lee Cullen, 46, of Wellington Street, Grimsby, admitted stealing an electric toothbrush and six toothbrush leads, valued at £44.50, belonging to Wilkinsons Stores on August 23, 2013. He was given a 12-month community order and ordered to pay £44.50 compensation and £85 costs.
John Griffiths, 20, of Buckingham Grove, Scartho Top, admitted unlawfully taking a vehicle between June 16 and July 2; also speeding, exceeding 30mph, and driving without insurance in Scartho Road on June 25. His licence was endorsed with eight penalty points, he was fined £460, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victims' surcharge.
Brian Hall, 31, of Newark Walk, Immingham, admitted driving without a licence, in Margaret Street, on July 8, 2013. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points, fined £60 and ordered to pay £40 costs and a £20 victims' surcharge.
Jeanette Hutton, 36, of Wintringham Road, Grimsby, admitted stealing clothing, valued at £157.50, belonging to Asda on May 11. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 victims' surcharge.
Callan Jagger, 30, of Wallis Road, Louth, admitted damaging a vehicle on June 24, 2013. He was given a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £75 compensation, £85 costs and a £15 victims' surcharge.
Duane Moody, 36, of Willingham Street, Grimsby, admitted giving false information to obtain employment support allowance on May 21, 2010 and council tax benefit on January 27, 2010. He was given a community order to be under curfew for three months to end December 16, 2013 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
Emma Tasker, 40, of Duke Street, Grimsby, admitted stealing four packs of batteries, valued at £23.92, belonging to B&Q on September 13. She was given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victims' surcharge.
Gareth Walker 20, of Apple Tree Court, Healing, admitted speeding, exceeding 60mph, in Great Coates Road on June 17, 2013. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points, he was fined £90 and ordered to pay £40 costs and a £20 victims' surcharge.
Kelly Evans, 21, of Heneage Road, Grimsby, was found guilty in his absence of driving without insurance in Grimsby Road on September 7. She was disqualified from driving for six-months, fined £350 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victims' surcharge.
Ryan Kettleboro, 20, of Winchester Avenue, Grimsby, was found guilty of riding a moped without insurance on Sutcliffe Avenue, on June 9, 2013. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points, fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victims' surcharge.
Emma Moore, 31, of Sea Lane, Saltfleet, was found guilty of driving without insurance on Grimsby Road on June 13, 2013. Her licence was endorsed with six penalty points, she was fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 victims' surcharge.
Lee Parkinson, 26, of Cranwell Drive, Grimsby, admitted receiving stolen goods, a camcorder, power lead, games, consoles and accessories, between August 8 and August 19, 2013 and receiving stolen goods, a Nintendo DS Lite, games, accessories and an i-Phone charger, between August 13 and August 19, 2013. He was fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 victims' surcharge.
Jack Stewart, 21, of Rutland Street, Grimsby, was found guilty of driving on Stanley Street without insurance, on May 30, 2013. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points, he was fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 victims' surcharge.
Simon MacMillan, 29, NFA, admitted damaging an electronic communal door at Nelson House on August 21, 2013. He was committed to prison for 28 days.
Carl Bottomley, 32, of Langton Close, Grimsby, admitted failing to comply with a community order made by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates' Court on June 11, 2013. The community order was made more onerous to carry out 110 hours' unpaid work and ordered to pay £40 costs.
David Hunter, 25, of Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, admitted stealing washing products with Melissa Lewis, valued at £20, belonging to Wilkinsons on July 2, 2013; also stealing Cadbury Flakes, valued at £22, belonging to Tesco Express on July 13, 2013 while subject to a six-month conditional discharge imposed at Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates' Court on May 1, 2013. Original offence for theft on May 1, 2013. He was committed to prison for one month consecutive, suspended for 12-months, overall length of sentence three months and ordered to pay an £80 victims' surcharge and £85 costs.
Melissa Lewis, 19, of Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty on July 16, 2013; also stealing cosmetic items, valued at £5.90, belonging to Primark Stores on August 4, 2013; assault by beating on July 13, 2013; also with, David Hunter, stole washing products, valued at £20, belonging to Wilkinsons on July 2, 2013. She was given a 12-month community order to participate in a group for women for 16 days and ordered to pay £50 and £50 in compensation, £85 costs and a £60 victims' surcharge.
