TEN-man Grimsby Town have been held to a 0-0 draw at Chester this afternoon.
A largely dull opening 45 minutes only afforded one clear cut chance apiece but neither side could break the deadlock.
Joe Colbeck saw red just minutes after half-time but down coped well with their numerical disadvantage and will bring a point back with them from their trip west.

8 mins – At the other end, Lenell John Lewis picks up the back midway into the Chester half, turns and advances on goal before driving just wide of John Danby's goal.
10 mins – Town win their first corner of the afternoon. And a clever move sees Ross Hannah place a first-time effort straight at Danby.
13 mins: A mix-up in defence almost hands Ben Mills an opportunity but, Ben Mills lifts his efforts over the bar. At the other end, a deep free-kick from McLaughlin forces a corner which comes to nothing.

in the area and with Hannah and John-Lewis looking to pounce, Kevin McIntyre is forced to hack away off the line.
45 mins: Town break from the back and after Joe Colbeck, slides in Ross Hannah, the frontman turns and lay-off to the on-rushing Scott Kerr, who side-foots over.

47 mins: After Town clear a free-kick, Ross Hannah is set free on the left and his cross-field pass almost falls into Jones, but he fouls the last defender, just as it looks as though he may profit.
49 mins: RED CARD - Joe Colbeck sees red – more ways than one. After being fouled on half-way, Joe Colbeck appeared to raise his hands and referee Ben Toner promptly gave him his marching orders.
55 mins: Town win a free-kick after bustling work from Lenell John-Lewis. But both efforts are charged down.
64 mins: Chester win free-kick after foul by Doig. Cleared behind for a corner.
69 mins: Substitution for both teams, Alex Titchiner on for Mills, Andy Cook replaces John-Lewis.
75 mins: After a couple of flick-ons from Cook and Jones, Hannah spins and volleys over from a tight angle but linesman flags for offside.
