Do you think the culling of badgers is justified to control TB in cattle?
The controversial cull has started in Somerset and Gloucestershire, sparking protests in parts of the country.
Around 5,000 badgers are expected to be killed in Somerset and Gloucestershire over six weeks after the government gave farmers in those areas permission to shoot the animals.
But protesters in Lincoln believe a demonstration they held in the city will help stop the killing of badgers.
Armed with megaphones, signs and banners, the protest group was formed from around 20 people.
Demonstrators from Vegan Lincs and Lincoln Animal Friends joined members of the public and other activists.
Busy bank holiday shoppers were stopped and stared at the group, while others filmed the short protest.
A PCSO helped chaperone the protest group across Lincoln's busy city centre roads.
The group congregated next to the War Memorial and handed out leaflets to shoppers before moving on and eventually dispersing.
