BUDDING young goalkeepers will get the chance to learn from the pros once again when Steve Croudson's popular coaching course returns.
Grimsby Town's 'keeper coach will hold the popular session on Wednesday at the Mariners' Cheapside training ground in Waltham.
As well as Croudson, first-team stopper and last season's Player of the Year, James McKeown, will also be on hand to offer his tips and advice.
And Croudson – who represented his hometown club at first-team level – has urged budding keepers to pull on their gloves and get involved.
He said: "I think this will be the fourth course that we've done and they've all been really successful.
"James will be down to help out which will be great for the youngsters to train with Grimsby Town's first-team keeper.
"He'll be there to help them, advise them and pass as many tips as he can. It will be plenty of fun and a good day for goalkeepers.
"The feedback that we receive after the sessions is always really positive, so we've decided to do it again and we hope that plenty will want to get involved.
"We're all really looking forward to doing it again because it is always such good fun."
The session runs from 1.30pm-3.30pm and costs £15 per youngster.
And Croudson said there is plenty for the young stoppers to look forward to.
He added: "We have different drills and sessions throughout the day.
"One might work on handling, another might work on shot-stopping with the other couple working on diving or footwork.
"So there will be lots of activities to test the kids' different attributes."
