A COUNCIL refuse lorry was blocked in by parked cars in a Cleethorpes cul-de-sac this morning.
Police attended the scene to see if cars could be moved from the corners of William Street and Edward Street and some households could not have their bins emptied. The streets affected are all in Waltham, New Waltham and Humberston. They include Hawthorne Avenue, Louth Road (Waltham), Maple Avenue, Hawthorne Avenue, Louth Road, Simpsons Fold Court, Station Road and Deaton Lane, (New Waltham) and Tetney Road and Cottage Yard Lane in Humberston.
