GRIMSBY Town midfielder Andi Thanoj is hoping for his second Albania Under-21 cap this evening.
The youngster, below, made his international debut in February and has been called up again for a UEFA European Championship Under-21 qualifying double-header.
While Stuart Pearce's England youngsters are in Israel for the 2013 championships, Thanoj and Albania are already beginning their quest to reach the 2015 finals.
They face Hungary tonight, before a trip to Bosnia for another qualifier on Tuesday.
The 20-year-old will be hoping for better fortunes than on his debut against Macedonia.
During that 0-0 draw the youngster sustained a broken nose and didn't play for the Mariners again for a month.
Speaking to the Town website, Thanoj said: "I am really looking forward to going home and hopefully I will get the chance to play again. I am really proud to represent my country and I hope that, if I get the chance, I can do well."
