A PENSIONER who was made subject to a curfew by Grimsby Crown Court for handling goods stolen from his dead neighbour's home, has appeared before the courts again.
Norman Parry, 71, of Hamilton Street, Grimsby, had been given the curfew after admitting to handling a selection of tools which had been taken from the home of cancer victim Eddie Hindle, just days after he died.
As reported, the matter came to light after he attempted to sell the tools to one of Mr Hindle's friends and neighbours.
At an appearance at Grimsby Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, Parry admitted to two breaches of the curfew, which both happened on March 25. He was fined £100 with £150 costs.
