ARSONISTS targeted a derelict building in Grimsby three times in one morning.
Firefighters were called to the former premises of AA Landscapes, in Charlton Street, off Corporation Road, at about 2am on Thursday.
Another fire in the single-storey building was reported at about 5.15am, and then a third at about noon.
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that all three fires were started deliberately.
Norman Wilsea, 68, who called 999 after seeing the fire from the nearby West Marsh Community Centre, said: "I could smell burning and I heard the asbestos roof popping and banging.
"There were flames coming up through the roof and a moderate amount of smoke was visible.
"It is the second fire we've had in the area in a month, after the garage in Lord Street went up."
