DEREK Niven and Craig Disley could hand Grimsby Town a huge boost at Dartford tonight.
So says joint boss Rob Scott, who is hoping to be able to recall the midfield duo for the trip to Kent.
Defender Shaun Pearson continues to suffer with a slight hip problem, but the boss is hoping that all three will be available.
He said: "Derek should be okay to be included in the match-day squad again.
"As far as we're aware he would be in a position to start if we decide.
"We'll also have to check up on Craig and also Shaun.
"Shaun has had a problem with his hip area, going down into his quads, for a while now, but he's been playing with it and he's done well so we'll see.
"Barring any major issues, we should be looking at a full-compliment for tonight."
On the return of Niven and Disley, Scott added: "It's a big boost because they're experienced players.
"There's no shying away from the fact that we've missed Derek.
"He'll be a big addition for us tonight if he does make it, as will Craig because he's captain and got nine goals from midfield this season."
He added: "They are two of the more experienced players that we have.
"The amount of games and the level that they've played them at makes a big impact to our squad.
"They know what it's all about and they give us that added bit of nous that we've possibly missed."
