WREXHAM player-boss Andy Morrell wants his veterans to help guide their younger team-mates in the Conference title run-in.
The Dragons remained in top spot, seven points clear of Grimsby Town, with a 2-1 win at Lincoln City on Tuesday night.
Brett Ormerod, 36, and Dele Adebola, 37, were both on target, with 37-year-old Glen Little also involved.
Morrell, himself 38, is keen for the experienced trio to lead the Dragons' charge for promotion.
"They are key and the experience of being in it and having done it before is massive," he said. "If you can pass that onto the other lads in the team then it is great.
"Glen will be used in the run-in and will be key, as will the elder statesmen in the team; we will just have to look after them and get them back out on the pitch for the next game."
