NEW AFC Telford boss Mark Cooper has confirmed his interest in signing Grimsby Town striker Greg Pearson.

Cooper, who replaced former boss Andy Sinton this month, wants to draft in the 27-year-old on a temporary basis when the emergency loan window re-opens on Friday.
The former Darlington boss has also confirmed his intention to bring former Rochdale midfielder Ian Craney to New Bucks Head.
Telford next visit Blundell Park on Saturday in the Blue Square Bet Premier.
Speaking to the Shropshire Star, Cooper said: "Pearson, if he did want to come, wouldn't be able to play on Saturday because, obviously, he is at Grimsby.
"But the other one we might be able to get in before the weekend."
Cooper was heavily linked with the managerial vacancy at Blundell Park before the appointment of Rob Scott and Paul Hurst in March 2011.
