LIBRARY members can now download e-audiobooks direct to their mobile devices 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
North East Lincolnshire Libraries now offer One Click digital – the new e-audiobook download service from WF Howes Ltd – in its libraries after adding the innovative digital download format to its collection.
Library borrowers can download bestsellers from Stieg Larsson, David Nicholls and Dan Brown, among many other bestsellers to play on their MP3 player or computer from home or anywhere in the world.
Borrowers will require a PC with broadband internet access.
"This is an important development for North East Lincolnshire Libraries to modernise its service and attract new members," said Councillor Mick Burnett, portfolio holder for tourism and culture.
"With One Click digital, our borrowers can enjoy the latest bestsellers as audiobooks wherever and whenever it suits them."
