The release date for Sacha Baron Cohen's controversial Grimsby film has been pushed back to February next year, according to reports.
It was anticipated that the controversial film would hit cinemas this summer.
However a tweet posted by box-office authority Exhibitor Relations Co read; "Sacha Baron Cohen's GRIMSBY has been pushed back 7 months and will now open Feb. 26, 2016 instead of this summer."
No reason has yet been offered for the apparent delay.
The film has caused controversy after it was revealed Cohen hired actors weighing 20 stone and filmed scenes showing him snorting cocaine through a vuvzela.
