REPORTS in Wales have linked Grimsby Town with a swoop for Newport County frontman Christian Jolley.
The South Wales Argus are this evening reporting that the 26-year-old is set to leave Rodney Parade in the next 24 hours, with Justin Edinburgh expected to confirm his departure at a press conference tomorrow.
After helping County to overcome the Mariners in the 2013 play-off semi-final, transfer-listed Jolley scored the goal to break the deadlock in the 2013 Conference Play-off Final victory over Wrexham.
And Argus reporter Andrew Penman wrote says that the former Wimbledon man has been 'strongly linked' with a move to the Mariners.
