SCREWFIX is set to officially open its first store in Louth on 5 February on the towns Fairfield Industrial Estate. The new branch will create an additional 12 jobs and is part of the company's ongoing expansion plans.
Screwfix's new Louth Store Manager Nuala Cafferkey is proud of the contribution the new store has made to employment figures in the region. "We've created 12 brand new vacancies and have employed local people from around the Louth area. Our new team includes people of all ages and levels of experience, but the most important requirement is that they have the right attitude and can offer superb customer service. Everyone here is really looking forward to the store opening."
Tradesmen and DIY enthusiasts are all invited to attend the Screwfix Louth opening on Fairfield Industrial Estate, where they can also take part in a "guess the screws in a jar" competition. The closest guess wins a 40in Toshiba smart TV.
