ALTHOUGH the Met Office has issued a severe weather warning for Yorkshire and the Humber, after forecasting heavy rain and snow for the region, North East Lincolnshire is unlikely to be hit.
It may be windy out there, but the forecasting chiefs have said our coastal region will escape the worst of the weekend's weather.
Locally, gusts of up to 28mph are predicted and, this afternoon, it is due to brighten up, with sunshine between 1pm and 3pm.
However, it will still be cold, with temperatures steadily falling from around 13°C at 8am to just 3°C by 7pm.
Tomorrow, will have a cold and sunny start with a few wintry showers still around. More general cloud and rain, preceded by a short period of snow, will move in during the day.
Maximum temperature 6°C.
