There was an unusual call out for firefighters in Grimsby on Friday.
A fire crew were called to Halton Way, off Laceby Road shortly before 2pm, following reports of a dog with its head trapped between railings of a metal gate.
The stricken hound was released uninjured by firefighters using hydraulic spreaders.
