Police have closed off Grimsby's Rutland Street tonight.
It is curently unclear what is happened, but armed officers are on the scene.
Our reporter and photographer at the scene say there are 10 police vehicles and an ambulance present.
The road is closed between Oxford Street and Hildyard Street. More details and pictures to follow.
