THE countdown is on!
Tomorrow sees the official competitive return of Strictly Come Dancing, a few weeks on from the series launch.
The celebrities and their professional dance partners have been locked in rehearsal rooms preparing for their first foray onto the ballroom floor.
Show judges Len Goodman, Darcy Bussell, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood will score the pairings, with many contestants naturally needing to conquer nerves, having never danced before.
But the competition is already hotting up before it has even begun, with Grimsby well-represented in this year's show.
The town's very own trio of Kevin Clifton, his sister Joanne Clifton and Kevin's fiancee Karen Hauer are hoping to do us proud with their celeb partners Frankie Bridge, Scott Mills and Mark Wright respectively.
We spoke to all three of them ahead of the nerve-racking first weekend find out what they think of their partners and their chances in tomorrow's Grimsby Telegraph.
