A few weeks on from the Strictly Come Dancing series launch and already the competition is hotting up - especially for one dancer from Grimsby.
This year sees World Showdance Champion Joanne Clifton take her place on the BBC One programme alongside brother Kevin and his fiancee Karen Hauer.
The show, hosted by Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, is on Friday at 9pm.
Joanne said: "I've been taking part in competitions for so long and I'm very competitive but I'm absolutely loving being on Strictly."
This week she and DJ Scott Mills will dance the cha-cha and the ballroom expert has already been laying down the law in rehearsals by taping her partner's hands together.
Earlier she tweeted: "This is what the tape is for and I'm not takin it off til you get those hands right Mills!"
Joanne has added that her and Scott are getting on really well in rehearsals and that she is enjoying the whole experience.
Watch out for further Strictly Come Dancing coverage in Friday's edition of the Grimsby Telegraph.
