A woman's body has been found in Anderby Creek.
Police were alerted at around 7am yesterday by a dog-walker who had discovered the body in an area of dunes just south of Anderby Creek.
A post mortem examination will take place in due course and officers are working with the Coroner's Officer to formally identify the woman.
The death is being treated as unexplained until more information is known.
