Police are trying to trace a driver who was involved in a collision with a cyclist in Grimsby's Nuns Corner this morning.
A 37-year-old Cleethorpes man was on his bicycle when the collision occurred with a car, and was taken to hospital for his injuries.
The incident occurred around 8.30am yesterday.
The cyclist attended the minor injuries unit at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital and was given a clean bill of health. However, his cycle was damaged beyond repair.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene to check on the welfare of the cyclist but no details were exchanged and the only information known about the vehicle involved is that it was a small, silver car.
The driver of the car or any witnesses to the collision are asked to contact Humberside Police on the non-emergency number 101 referring to log 278 of September 15.
