A car has burst into flames on the A16, sending smoke high into the sky.
The fire happened earlier this afternoon, near Holton-le-Clay.
Firefighters from both Grimsby and Louth were called to the scene.
A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said: "The incident happened on the A16 near Holton-le-Clay and involved one vehicle.
"It was due to an electrical fault and caused severe damage to the vehicle.
"Crews from Grimsby and Louth fire stations were in attendance."
