TETNEY'S Ella Henderson has been voted off the X Factor after the judges were split over whether she or James Arthur should stay in the competition.
The vote went to deadlock - where the act with the lowest number of public votes is sent home - after Tulisa and Louis backed Ella and Gary Barlow and Nicole Scherzinger backed James. Ella, who sang If You're Not The One by Daniel Bedingfield in the sing-off, was sent home.
As reported on www.thisisgrimsby.co.uk, Ella had won positive comments from all four judges on Saturday night after her performance of You're The One That I Want, from Grease the musical.
