The American appeared as a trialist in last night's friendly defeat to Doncaster Rovers – making a decent first impression despite the eventual 4-0 loss.
Having missed out on Omar Bogle and Connor Jennings, Town also appear highly unlikely to sign Portsmouth's Ryan Bird, while big Jon Parkin has joined Forest Green.
