GRIMSBY Town boss Paul Hurst wants his strike-force to lace up their shooting boots for tonight's friendly at Harrogate.
Having both found the net already in pre-season, Lenell John-Lewis and Ross Hannah are likely to play some part at the CNG Stadium (7.30pm).
And considering they have yet to practice finishing in training, Hurst is happy with the form of his front-men.
He said: "Strikers get confidence from hitting the back of the net, so the goals they have is good for them – without any shadow of doubt.
"On Saturday, you look at Ross' goal and you could say it was a tap-in, or put on a plate.
"But you have to be there, and that is what Ross is all about.
"And Lenny has showed some good composure.
"In the first game against Clee Town he made a massive difference to the team.
"We will start working on finishing in the coming weeks, because we haven't done yet, and I think they will be craving it."
