Catch the new series of Bafta award-winning programme Long Lost Family tonight from 9pm on ITV. Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell return to take people on an emotional journey reuniting them with long lost relatives - just make sure you have a box of tissues nearby in case your own emotions understandably boil over. On tonight's hour-long show, Ann Munro, 63, of Hampshire, has been consumed by guilt ever since she gave up her son for adoption when she was 21. She has been longing for his forgiveness, will her wish be granted? Also in the episode is 28-year-old Louise Kendall, from Bradford, who is hoping to meet her French father for the first time as she travels to Dijon - the city where her parents fell in love. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to relax and switch off, while still enjoying the action-filled exploits of 007 then GoldenEye starring Pierce Brosnan starts at the same time of 9pm on ITV2. You've got James Bond, some Russians, some beauties and one superbly thrilling flick - also starring Sean Bean. And finally, if you're already getting World Cup withdrawal symptoms then catch Rio in Rio at 10.35pm on BBC1. Former England defender Rio Ferdinand gives his personal insight into the 2014 tournament as he travels around Rio de Janeiro to meet fans and locals, in addition to becoming a pundit.
