Large quantities of class A and class B drugs have been seized after two separate police raids in Stanley Street this afternoon.
Around 30 cannabis plants were found at the first property, which were thought to be worth around £8,000.
At the second property, police recovered 15 cannabis plants, around 250 class A tablets thought to be ecstasy, and a small amount of amphetamine.
A male, believed to be in his 20s, has also been arrested and is in police custody waiting to be interviewed.
Two police teams carried out the raids at the same time, although the two incidents are not connected.
