A 16-year-old from Theddlethorpe and a woman from Gainsborough have both suffered head injuries in a crash at Roman Bank, Ingoldmells.
The woman, from Gainsborough, and the male teenager remain in Boston's Pilgrim Hospital following the crash which occurred shortly after midnight.
Three other people in the red Peugeot 206 car - two 20-year-old men from Mablethorpe and a 33-year-old man from Spilsby - were also treated at Pilgrim Hospital.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident. Police are appealing for anyone who saw the car before the incident, or saw the crash, to call the Collision Witness Hotline on 01522 558855.
