EMERGENCY services are currently at an incident in Grimsby's Lambert Road.
A man is on a roof, and appears to be refusing to come down, shouting that he does not want to be arrested and go to prison.
A section of Lambert Road, which runs parallel to Welholme Road, is closed as a result, and there are at least five police vehicles, two fire engines and an ambulance at the scene.
