A BOMB squad is heading to Cleethorpes beach following the discovery of a small naval shell.
It was reported to the Beach Safety Team at 12.15pm after being spotted near Anthony's Bank car park.
The Humber Coastguard is at the scene and the bomb disposal team is expected to arrive at 4.30pm.
