EVERY Grimsby Town player is fit and ready to take their shot at outplaying Scunthorpe United again in the FA Cup tonight.
Ahead of the decisive First Round replay between the fierce local rivals, Mariners boss Paul Hurst will have the luxury of choosing from a fully-fit squad at Glanford Park.
After missing Saturday's win over Tamworth with a calf injury, Chris Doig returned to training yesterday to bolster the defensive ranks ahead of tonight's showdown.
Hurst told the Telegraph: "We're okay on the injury front and have a fully-fit squad.
"There were some slightly stiff bodies yesterday morning after what was a tough game on Saturday on a typical November pitch.
"It was a physical game but we've come through it okay and we've got a fully-fit squad that is raring to have another go at Scunthorpe.
"Chris' injury is getting better," he added. "He trained yesterday and he'll be available for selection tonight, which is a boost for us."
Given Town's last two performances – with an unchanged team – Hurst doesn't expect to tinker too much with his starting line-up.
But he admits to still having a few decisions to make as he bids to mastermind a winning repeat of his side's performance in the first clash with the Iron at Blundell Park.
He said: "We did okay at Tamworth and the lads that came on did well, and I made a point of that to the players afterwards.
"So they've given me a couple of decisions that I'll need to mull over when it comes to choosing my team for tonight.
"Certainly the majority of the team will stay the same because we've had two good performances back-to-back and those that have played have earned the shirt."
He added: "In terms of the game itself, who knows what we're going to get!
"It will be extremely competitive – just like the first meeting was.
"I think it's very rare that you ever get two games the same.
"What I don't think will change from the Blundell Park game is the atmosphere.
"I don't think that we'll be at too much of a disadvantage in that respect, given the following that we'll be taking.
"It's often the away fans that you hear more of and we know how vocal our lot can be.
"It should make for another really cracking atmosphere – we'll be doing everything we can to do the Town supporters proud."
