A MAN accused of assaulting a PCSO will appear at Grimsby Crown Court next month.
David Mitchell, 33 of Hainton Avenue, Grimsby appeared at Grimsby Magistrates' Court today on a charge of burglary of a dwelling and theft, another offence of theft from a shop and a third charge of assaulting an officer.
Mitchell was arrested following a chase by two PCSOs, along Littlefield Lane, after a member of the public told the officers she had seen somebody entering an address unlawfully.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at Grimsby Crown Court on October 4.
