POLICE have charged a man with burglary after he was caught by a PCSO in Grimsby yesterday.
David Mitchell, 33, of Hainton Avenue, Grimsby has been charged with one count of burglary dwelling and theft, one count of theft from a shop and one count of assault by beating. He will be appear at Grimsby Magistrates Court this morning.
David Mitchell was arrested following a chase by two PCSOs, along Littlefield Lane, after a member of the public told the officers she had seen somebody possibly entering an address unlawfully.Follow us on Facebook and Twitter
