SENIOR North East Lincolnshire councillor and former mayor Keith Brookes has made his first appearance before Grimsby Crown Court today.
He is accused of committing a sex act while sunbathing naked in his garden and has indicated a not guilty plea.
The case was adjourned until later in the month.
