GRIMSBY Town defensive duo Sam Hatton and Clayton McDonald will both miss Saturday's clash with Nuneaton Town through injury.
McDonald was forced off in the early stages of last Saturday's victory over Alfreton with a hamstring injury.
Hatton meanwhile, is currently nursing a knee injury he sustained towards the end of the Bank Holiday Monday win at Hyde.
Saturday's visit of Boro will come too soon for either defender, however Mariners joint boss Paul Hurst anticipates that both will be fit for next Saturday's trip to Luton.
