Overheated food caused a fire at a flat in Grimsby's Garibaldi House tonight.
Fire crews were alerted by the warden but had to break the door down to gain entry when the occupant - who was asleep - failed to answer the door.
The flat, on the sixth floor, was not fitted with a smoke alarm.
Nobody was injured and there is not believed to have been much damage caused.
It happened at about 7pm.
It's the second incident at the high rise block off Freeman Street in 3 weeks. Crews were called on Sunday, July 28 when a fire broke out in an 11th floor home. Three people were taken to hospital as a result of that one.
