REGULAR troublemaker Colin Osborne has been jailed for 18 months after leaving two women shocked and upset after indecently exposing himself to them in the street.
He was laughing to himself during the unsavoury encounters, a court heard.
Osborne, 63, of Grimsby – known as Ozzey locally – denied two offences of intentionally exposing himself on April 13 and May 17, but was convicted after an earlier trial before Hull magistrates.
He had been committed to Hull Crown Court for sentence and further remanded in custody.
The earlier trial was told that a woman telephoned police at 11.20am after she saw Osborne in bushes near a busy road junction in Hull.
He called out to her "Hi, beautiful" before making a lewd suggestion, continued exposing himself and was arrested.
Osborne, who had been sleeping rough, admitted urinating in the street and told police: "We were born with no clothes on".
The second offence took place in Hull at about 4.15pm.
A female motorist driving along Clive Sullivan Way told police that a man, who looked like Father Christmas was exposing himself and laughing.
The woman was worried about the effect it would have on children.
Osborne claimed he had been set up and that "another guy with a white beard" was responsible, claiming that "someone was just trying to humiliate him".
Tom Ledden, defending, claimed that, during the first incident, Osborne was urinating in bushes but did not intentionally expose himself to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
During the second incident, the motorist was concentrating on driving and saw Osborne only for about ten seconds.
Witnesses could "make mistakes" about what they had seen.
"This is a man with senile dementia," said Mr Ledden.
Osborne admitted offences of breaching his antisocial behaviour order in Grimsby, on April 20 and 21.
He had been convicted in his absence of another Asbo breach in Grimsby, on February 10, and admitted failing to surrender to bail in Grimsby, on March 21.
Osborne was jailed for a year for the two exposure offences, with a consecutive six months for the breaches of his Asbo.
He was ordered to register as a sex offender for ten years.
