THREE major unions are marching through Grimsby in opposition to changes to terms and conditions.
More than 50 people representing Unite, Unison and The Royal College of Nurses started the march from Orwell Street at 10.30am.
Police have been stopping traffic on the route to The Riverhead, where they will continue to demonstrate against changes to staff conditions.
One Care Plus group nurse, who did not want to be named, said that it will cost her as much as £200 a month.
Demonstrators told the Telegraph they feared the changes would drive staff away to other areas with more favourable conditions, leading to a drop in standards.
