GUY Martin is yet to claim a podium at this year's Isle of Man TT after an eighth-placed finish in yesterday's second Supersport race.
The Kirmington ace – who has 13 top-three results to his name at the famous road racing event – has endured a pretty disappointing week so far.
A fourth-place finish in Saturday's opening Superbike contest remains his best result, with only tomorrow's Senior TT showdown remaining.
Michael Dunlop continued his dominance of this year's event yesterday, with his fourth victory of the week.
The Northern Irishman smashed his own race record set in Monday's Supersport event and also set a lap record of 128.667mph.
Bruce Ansey finished second with TT legend John McGuinness back in third.
"I really pushed on the final lap and lost the front end big style at the Bungalow," said Dunlop.
"We put a lot of effort into that."
The 24-year-old will now target Ian Hutchinson's record of five TT wins in seven days when he races in the Lightweight and Senior races tomorrow.
