THE following people have been sentenced at Grimsby Magistrates' Court: Trevor Daines, 31, of Albion Street, Grimsby, admitted failing to comply with a community order made by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates' Court on November 27, 2012. Original offences: stealing Blu-ray/DVDs, valued at £47.45, belonging to Tesco Extra on July 5, 2012; stealing wash powder, valued at £6, belonging to Wilkinson's Stores on May 14, 2012; destroying windscreens of a vehicle, valued at £700, belonging to Hartwell Ford between July 14, 2012, and July 17, 2012. He was given a two-month imprisonment suspended for 12 months. Beverley Bland, 49, complaint for committal to prison for non-payment of council tax and costs from April 1, 2011, to March 31, 2013. Culpable neglect found, total amount payable £3,005.64. Malcolm Furness, 54, of Macaulay Street, Grimsby, admitted failing to comply with a community order made by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates' Court on February 19, 2013. The community order was made more onerous to participate in a four-day Key Work activity and to have treatment for drug dependency at Addaction, Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby, and he was ordered to pay £40 costs. Keilly Steel, 37, of Harrington Street, Cleethorpes, admitted failing to comply with a community order made by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates Court on November 11, 2012. The order was amended with a five-day activity specifically for women and she was ordered to pay £40 costs. Rhys Stockton, 21, of Milton Road, Grimsby, admitted removing his electronic tag imposed by a community order made by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates' Court on March 4, 2013. The original offence was assaulting Christopher Robinson by beating him on May 4, 2012. He was given a 12-month community order to have treatment for alcohol dependency at NELCAT, based in Dudley Street, Grimsby. Wayne Green, 47, of Bowers Avenue, Grimsby, admitted failing to comply with a community order made by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates' Court on January 18, 2013. The order was made more onerous to participate in Key Work for four days, to have treatment for drug dependency at Addaction, Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby, for six months and was ordered to pay £40 costs.
