WREXHAM captain Dean Keates is set to end speculation over his future by signing a new deal with the club today.
The 34-year-old had been linked with Grimsby Town after admitting his disappointment at the Red Dragons' initial one-year offer for his services.
However, Mariners boss Rob Scott ruled out a move for the central midfielder in today's Grimsby Telegraph.
And Keates now looks certain to put pen to paper on a new deal with the Welsh club.
